Perfect for a couple getaway

The staff were friendly they even remembered my name from my last visit which felt nice. The breakfast had a great selection traditional Mexican food was a hit and they even had good fruit

The TV was super old, and the shower head really needed an upgrade.

The breakfast was great with a nice variety of food. The room was comfortable with good climate control and even had a nice balcony. You can easily grab meals at the adjacent Applebee's without leaving the premises. Plus, there’s a lovely pool area to chill out by. ☀️

Is it hype or the real deal?

The breakfast options were delicious, especially the traditional Mexican selections. Plus, the proximity to the airport and a major highway made travel a breeze.

My only concern was the limited dining choices nearby. the adjacent restaurant didn't have much to offer.

We enjoyed our stay with three teenagers. The rooms were well-appointed, and breakfast had a delicious variety, particularly the fruit and yogurt. The kids loved that it was just a quick drive to the Cervantino Festival in Guanajuato, where we could soak in the local culture.

My kids wished for more dining options nearby.

The hotel’s location made it very convenient for traveling, as it was just off the highway, allowing easy access to nearby cities. However, it took an unreasonably long time to check in, and the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. Alarmingly, the Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it difficult to stay connected during my visit. Overall, it offered some positives but with noticeable inconveniences.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a comfortable stay with impeccably clean rooms. The transportation service from the airport was exceptionally convenient. Breakfast was particularly impressive, featuring a great variety of options, including fresh fruits and hot dishes. The staff were attentive and made every effort to ensure a pleasant experience, even engaging with guests during breakfast hours. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations for both comfort and service.

The bathroom drain was somewhat sluggish.

this hotel is super clean and comfortable. It’s really close to the impressive Santuario de Cristo Rey and the art at En Vision Arte, making city strolls and park views very convenient during my weekend stay.

i had a great stay at holiday inn express! the breakfast was awesome with plenty of varied options. it is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to explore nearby cities like leon. plus, i enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center during my downtime.

the only downside was the check-in process took longer than expected.

The location is super convenient, just a 15-minute ride from the airport. Breakfast options are varied, including a taco bar, though there’s limited dining nearby. The pool area is vibrant at night, but the gym facilities are quite basic.
